Haven't made any entries in a while. Did a set of 20 mins on the treadmill and another 20 mins on the bike. Getting ready for an increase next week. Hugh says I should blog more about this so I'm going to keep at it. Had a bad spell the beginning of January and the worst is over, now I feel more like going and working out. Also stayed in the pool today for over an hour which was both invigorating and relaxing.
