Feeling very lethargic lately, tired and no energy. Haven't been working out very much at the gym but I've still been making it 3 days a week. My current work out is to do 30 minutes on the bike at level 5, sometimes I do a little stint on the treadmill and then head to the pool for an hour. Tomorrow is Wednesday and I hope to be able to do some more work at the gym.

Was able to do a modified workout on the treadmill, 15 minutes this time due to the pain in my foot and another 20 minutes on the bike. Also managed to get a 5 minute run on the elliptical which felt good.

Did something a little different today, went for my usual 20 mins on the treadmill but I amped up the last 2 minutes to a 6 mph sprint, which was both invigorating and made me out of breath and sweaty, but it was good. Also did the usual 20 mins on the bike and couple of laps in the pool.

Haven't made any entries in a while. Did a set of 20 mins on the treadmill and another 20 mins on the bike. Getting ready for an increase next week. Hugh says I should blog more about this so I'm going to keep at it. Had a bad spell the beginning of January and the worst is over, now I feel more like going and working out. Also stayed in the pool today for over an hour which was both invigorating and relaxing.
