Feeling very lethargic lately, tired and no energy. Haven't been working out very much at the gym but I've still been making it 3 days a week. My current work out is to do 30 minutes on the bike at level 5, sometimes I do a little stint on the treadmill and then head to the pool for an hour. Tomorrow is Wednesday and I hope to be able to do some more work at the gym.

Haven't made any entries in a while. Did a set of 20 mins on the treadmill and another 20 mins on the bike. Getting ready for an increase next week. Hugh says I should blog more about this so I'm going to keep at it. Had a bad spell the beginning of January and the worst is over, now I feel more like going and working out. Also stayed in the pool today for over an hour which was both invigorating and relaxing.

At Hugh's direction, I did 15 minutes on the treadmill at 2% incline and another 10 minutes at 4 mph. Found myself to be challenged but not to over exerted. The recumbent bikes were occupied so I did 20 minutes on the upright bike and found it to be a little more difficult but rewarding. No pool today due to gym closing at 4 pm. Must resolve to get there earlier so I can get in some pool time.

Seems like Friday's going to be a pool free day unless I can manage to get to the gym earlier, due to the gym closing at 4 pm. So today I did 25 min on the treadmill and 20 on the bike and called it a day, but I did have a sense of accomplishment considering I was conflicted as to whether or not I really wanted to go at all today.
